The Spanish sculptor Maria Angeles Anglada created this wonderful sculpture on the occasion of the 100th birthday of Savador Dali: Artemis. The Spanish artist and sculptor created this marvellously proportioned male torso in an ancient optics, inspired by Dali's classic works. Just as if it would grow out from a real piece of rocks, he symbolizes the symbiosis between man and nature. A marvellous art object. It was made in the manufactory in Anglada, Zaragoza after Savador Dali on a noble object stand with signature of the artist. The majority of his critics was of the opinion that the human body may be represented exclusively in his totality. Other critics saw in his work the inability to end. The sculpture gets metal coated and oxidizes, patinated by hand, to achieve different colours, hand polished and checked.
